Selling Aged directory website on good script with 140 average daily visitors

I am willing to sell webdirectory website. Website is well aged - from 2007. Site has good Alexa: 58345.

Site is powered with modified Indexu 1.4 script from NiceCoder - so its not free script. You can put the newer version from nicecoder there (free upgrades were until 03-15-2010 so i think v.2 will be the latest one), but you will lost my modifications which i made into it.

I have implemented:
1. when adding new link - site will check if link isnt in database yet
2. when adding new link - after choosing category site will offer customized html code for reciprocal link (which points to category selected - so you will get deep links for your directory) and if user will place it - that link will be on the front of queue for approving.
3. i have modified approval - first are links with reciprocal + you can choose if Approve, Reject or Reject silently for each of link - http://www.addlink-online.com/trade/approving.png - it wasnt possible before
4. i have added pagerank icons for all submited websites - all users will get link in email where they can see html code for placing pagerank icon on theirs website (link for your page for free) - for example http://www.addlink-online.com/pr/icons.php?id=2

Directory has good ratings - http://www.directorycritic.com/viewdetails/1059715-addlink-online-com.html - from directory critic is coming the most of visitors because its on good position in free directory category - http://www.directorycritic.com/free-directory-list.html . All ratings are being made after approval. I havent done aproval for more than one year - so after you will approve most of them - you will get a new bunch of ratings.

There is 4601 links approved and 23920 waiting for approval.

Site is selling "as is" - i will give you ftp + mysql data, but then no support - last time i sold website - user needed so much of help, that i would rather didnt sell it.

Domain is maintained with my registrar (subreg.cz)- there will be need a transfer to yours - so you will need to pay that transfer (not more than 10usd dollars and there is one year of registry fee included).

I will transfer to your ownership license also, in packet there are those licenses:

When choosing starting bid i was thinking about:
1. value of licenses (only them has 204usd value)
2. aged and nice domain
3. my implementation of new features (for easy linkbuilding)
4. stable visitors

Revenue:
- site wasnt monetisated - reason bellow


Reason of selling:
- i have bought the domain 2 years ago, i improved it a lot and then approved few times - but i didnt try to play with monetisation - as you can see there arent any ads - so there is no revenue. There is big potential of offering some affil products for webmasters - because the most of visitors are them. I am selling it because i have some other projects to which i want to focus, because they are working better for me.
- i am focusing on maintaining only custom made websites, i just dont like to improve others source code...

Reason of buying for you:
- you have very nice aged domain
- you have nice modified script with new implemented features
- it would cost you a lot more if you would want to do the same from scratch
- a lot of unapproved links - after approval there would be increase in new links and ratings
- you can easily outsource approving for few bucks (thats very good idea, why i havent got that idea sooner ) - if you could approve links in one month you would have only positive reviews

Conditions:
- payment to paypal, then i will give you ftp + mysql data
- then you will initiate transfer on your registrar, i will confirm it
- you will change NS on domain and thats all i will do - as i told you, i wont do any modification of script - i would rather not sell that website... if you want to do some modification, you can ofcourse but on your own...
