Aged and High PR domain buying tips

    I am new in old domain buying arena.I have a niches and i found lot of aged and also High PR expired domain.I try to discuss few people about this and few's are said to me that if i renew this expired domain ,I can lot that domain PR.
    Now i want to know real experts who has past experience to buy a old domain.
    is it lost its PR if i renew ?
    how can i buy a real aged and high PR domain?

    Many people say that it lost its PR because when you buy that domain, you will update your website with new content and new directory structure. So the old backlinks and sitelinks will be become useless. Also the content on which the old PR is given will be changed so it will also effect your PR too.
