    Looking to sell the small php script site I have owned since 2004. It is a pr 3 and gets around 100 - 150 visits per day, I have not put any effort into this site for around 2 years now so has the potential to get much more. 246 backlinks. 4400+ backlinks. Registered at namecheap.com, expires October 2010. Alexa rank 877,346. Google # 1 for "Plugboard" and always has been.

    Earns a little money through adsense and through selling 'sticky buttons' and banner advertising as well as through Project Wonderful.

    I am selling the domain name and site contents including the script I created, however please note the script has not been updated in at least 3 years so will probably need updating.

    If you bought as is and made no changes at all it'd be about $20/mo through the 3 methods described above. As I say I've not touched the site in almost 2 years so with a little effort that could easily increase.

    I'm not willing to let the site go for peanuts, I would rather keep it - hoping someone who sees the potential will take an interest and offer a reasonable amount :)

    I think I will restart this thread in a few days time with clearer details, proof of earnings etc and set a BIN and reserve, make it an auction. I mainly just wanted to see if there was any interest and judging by the offers received via PM there clearly is.

    So expect to see it up for auction in a few days :)
