As mentioned, i'm selling a 3 year old pets niche blog. It has 118 unique handwritten articles posted on it and gets some traffic. Site has been idle (without promotion/link building) as i dont have time for this. This could be a great head start for anyone who wants to start a pets niche site as the domain is aged and there's alot of content on site already.

Blog gets around 150-250 visitors per month without me doing anything now. Please assume revenue to be $0 as i dont keep track of its revenue.
