Age of empire on windows 7 ?

    I HAVE WINDOWS 7 installed i want to play age of empire in my pc i had installed it well but it is not working

    Maybe something else is missing in your pc? Like Ram or some graphics card problem.

    Some problem in your window that you have installed again installed window but first complete formate your hard then again installed I hope age of empire will run.

    Try using compatibility mode - Windows 98 should do the trick.

    i think this type of games requires the windows7 update, or check graphics card is working / not

    You have to check first your graphic card, its in working condition or not work properly with your PC's RAM. Once try to uninstall game then re install it, make some thing is lacking in your installation. Or may be your game is corrupted by some worms or viruses.

    Age of Empires works fine for me on Windows 7.
    Perhaps try running in Windows XP compatibility mode.

    I don't think you can run software older than Windows XP on Windows 7.

    Go to the cd in your computer, then run as xp compatibility it will run smoothly.

    when i used windows xp than i played this game.but now i am using windows 7.i have not tired that game in this operating system.i think file may have missed in game so that i can not run.
