will SEO professional now have to run after OLD domains ??

You think only old domain can help ?

Or it should be the Age of Site itself ??

Am of opinion that Age of domain will also benefit a great deal, but am also looking for what others have to say.

    Thanks

I think people have different opinions about age and at what age a domain should be credited for it.
Personally I think age is not a main factor at all.
    Just my half cent opinion

Sometimes age of site is important. If you didn't break search engine's rules.

Age of a developed site can certainly help with SERPS and will not be subject to the sandbox with an ownership change. Domains names were grandfathered from the sandbox PROVIDED there is no ownership change. This was to prevent problem sites from just buying an older domain name only. If you buy a domain name that was never developed, it will be sandboxed when the registrar information is changed.

thanks for telling, this was something i wanted to hear :)
But, am still not sure, on what factors this is being concluded and maybe if you could provide some url of talk/ discussion where this was being told. Or its your personal experience.

I disagree.. in my experience changing the domain information has not sandboxed anything.

In fact I still buy domains with great serps and they always have maintained there rankings

I think you misread my post. I am talking about domain names only - which wouldn't have any SERPS to retain. I said developed sites are NOT affected - "will not be subject to the sandbox with an ownership change."

and the master of money making ideas is here ;)

i noticed that shoemoney was also quite intrested in acquiring old domains, maybe for some sort of experiment with rankings and domain age.

Can we have an insight on the results that were achieved
