Against TOS to Recommend Referrals?

    I was wondering if its against Google Adsense TOS to recommend to sign up for referrals?

    For example with the FireFox referral.

    "This site is best viewed in Mozilla Firefox. Click the button below to download Firefox
    [Adsense Firefox Button]


    Is that ok? If not, what is an okay way to say people should sign up for firefox using the adsense referral link?

    You can promote them as much as you want. Talk them up, put a large graphic arrow pointing to it.. anything you want. Its CPA so they dont care if untargeted traffic goes there they only pay you if they sign up or download.
