Against TOS to promote eBay auctions from "Mature Audiences" category?

    I think it's in CJs TOS not to use any booby photos or 'obscene' content.

    If you're planning on promoting 'adult items' listed on eBay, I suggest creating a very clean site, and let the suggestive auction images do the talking.

    their mature area requires their own 18+ yr old checkpoint that the user selects something to verify their age is 18+. assume it would violate it.

    I could have swore that the Mature Category in eBay is not part of the affiliate promotion. I'm trying to find where I read that.. and if I do, I'll post the link. But I don't think you'll get any commissions from eBay on this.
