A competitor of mine has this dog link page on his site, but once clicked, all you get is a list of google ads. I'm figuring this has to be against toos?

he meant, the resulting page after clicking a DOGS link contained no content but only ads.

surely thats against TOS, because google demands content on every page that shows ads

aham, what link ? anyway "without content" is loosely defined. If he don't have any content than adsense won't be shown(even if u use meta tags). By the way, there are no definate guidelines by google on how much content is acceptable. There are many sites who uses combination of adwords and no conetnt adsense sites to earn money ;)

Is it possible that he's using a Link unit? This could possibly include a link titled 'Dogs', which would then lead to a list of AdSense ads - which is exactly how Link units work.

    Just wondering...
