Against adsense TOS?

    It's perfectly OK, you can't do much better with this theme.
    Maybe try to use larger banner (336 ?) but it's fine even now.

    Looks Fine. You may want to consider linking your Blog title to your homepage. Also, you might want to consider using Auctionads on the right column just to mix it up and provide you with other sources of income.
