This is my new Derren Brown fansite, which I will be placing Adsense on soon.

The problem is I know it's against Adsense rules to have adsense on a site / page about gambling or porn and this site isn't about neither... it's a Derren Brown fansite.

But I create templates therefore If I place an ad in an uneditable region eg. sidebar it will update on every page, which is ideal normally but...

    this page - http://www.derren-brown.net/thecasino.html

Isn't about gambling... well the nature of the video is Derren Brown cheating at Blackjack and I know the words 'casino' (h1, title) and 'blackjack' (description) might alert google on thinking it's against TOS, is this ok or not?

What do you think I should do here?

I think you should leave your ads off that page because it is gambling related content. I know this might be difficult with a premade template, but I wouldn't take the risk.

Yes that's the thing though, it's not casino content the nature of the video is in a casino but it's from his dvd which is pyschology / magic and the point of the video is to show a memory technique, not encourage gambling.

But obviously the title and description would make the bot think it's about gambling.

Then what about changing the title and description.. especially the keyword content casino, just explain your content in a different manner.

Agreed, better remove the adsense ad. You might try Bidvertiser...

    Definitely agree.
I think it's still better to change the page or remove the ads now, before google catch you and ban your account.

There are no ads on there, I didn't put them on which is why I was asking here first.

    Thanks.
