    SAMPLE 1
Credit Score –Start Early, Think High!

You have probably seen a good number of adverts offering you to assess, or to help you clean up your Credit Score. And if you’re even noticing this type of ad, it’s all too possible that your credit rating is not in its best form.

What’s a Credit Score? All individuals, and for that matter all companies and even countries, have credit scores. Credit scores are credit ratings which tell others what your credit history and credit health is like. Credit scores are calculated and assigned by credit bureaus. Your credit score is a number between 300 and 900. The lower the score is, the worse your credit rating will be.

A good credit rating means that you have better chances of taking out a loan, regardless of whether it’s your first or fifth. It also means that you have better chances of getting a favorable interest rate. Adversely, a bad credit rating, meaning a lower score, will work against you if you want to take out that second mortgage, and it will play havoc with the interest rates the bank or lending institute will want to charge you.

So how do you actually get a credit history? Let’s say you have a checking account at the bank with overdraft privileges or a credit card or two. Or perhaps you have a car or student loan at a financial institution, or a mortgage with a mortgage broker. Every time you are make an unauthorized payment or are late on a payment, your bank or financial institution communicates this information to the Credit Bureau where it’s kept on file.

And what’s the difference between your credit history and your credit score? When the day comes that you decide you want to take out another loan, the lending institution will do a credit check to find out your credit history and worthiness. The moment that credits check is requested, this generates your credit score. .

It makes financial sense to find out your credit history and credit score early on. This way, if it’s clean, you’ll be motivated to keep it this way, and if it isn’t you start to rectify the situation. Ideally, you want 700 as a minimum. Anything between 500 and 700 is still likely to get you a loan but at a higher interest rate. Less than 500 is definitely not good, but not irreversible if you act sooner than later.

The bottom line is you don’t wait until you want to take out a loan to find out your credit score.

    SAMPLE 2
    Zinnia

    Kingdom – Plantae
    Division – Magnoliophyta
    Class – Magnoliopsida
    Order – Asterales
    Family – Asteraceae
    Genus – Zinnia L.

Zinnia: First mentioned in scientific papers in the mid-1850’s, the Zinnia has become well known as an ideal garden plant along with its colorful flowers. The genus name is actually derived by Linnaeus from German botanist Johann Zinn, who was notable in the field of anatomy during the 1700’s. Originating from North America, the Zinnia was traced to be most abundant in Mexico, and was later on brought to Europe in the 1600’s. Other sources mention that Zinnias are also cultivated in South Africa.

These beautiful plants are perennial and semi-annual, adoring the dry and sunny environment in most areas of Mexico. The flowers are long stemmed, and are sure to offer a splash of vibrant color in any garden. Zinnia lovers can select from varieties like yellow, apricot, orange, lilac, red, purple, green, chartreuse, cream, and white. In fact, the flowers are known to be in every color except blue. The sessile leaves of Zinnia are lanceolate or elongated, may be 2 to 3 inches long, and possess a rough texture. The flowers have a single row of quilled or flat petals. The flower itself can have a diameter of as small as 2 inches up to 6 inches. This shrub can grow as high as one foot to 4 feet tall.

Cultivation: As most gardeners would agree, Zinnia plants are easy to culture. They grow best in fertile humus soils that are well-drained, and the flowers will thrive in areas where there is full sunlight. An ideal layout would be to set them about 8 to 12 inches apart. Zinnias are said to be tolerant to the dry season, so the plants have adapted well even when moisture is low. They do not need to be watered regularly, unlike other flowering plants. Zinnias are not known to tolerate frost and the winter season.

Propagation: It is best to start germinating the seeds in spring, where the temperatures reach above 70 to 75 degrees. The seedlings can tolerate growth indoors for several weeks, and may be ready for transplanting when they are about 6 to 8 weeks old. Ensure that the soil is warm, well-drained, and contains a bit of sand or peat. When transplanting the Zinnia, take extra care of the roots, as they are prone to stress when disturbed. The Zinnia plant blooms more abundantly when the flowers are clipped off regularly.

Varieties: There are about 20 known species of Zinnia, as well as several cultivars and hybrids developed by horticulturists. Among the common Zinnia species in North America include Z. angustifolia, also known as narrow leaf zinnia; Z. acerosa, or the desert zinnia; and Z. elegans (or Z. violacea), which is the most common in the US, and is also widely found in Southern Florida. In Japan, a botanist named Sakata developed many hybrids of the Zinnia, known as the profusion series. These mini-flowered hybrids have been recognized worldwide for their bright colors and their high resistance to common Zinnia diseases, such as powdery mildew.

Diseases and Cure: Powdery mildew, a form of fungal infection, is a disease that afflicts Zinnia plants when the humidity rises or when the shrubs are clumped too closely to each other. The infection can be seen as white formations across the leaves, and can be treated with fungicides with chlorothalonil or sulfur-based sprays applied very two weeks. It is best to apply the treatments as soon as the symptoms of powdery mildew are detected on the Zinnia plants. Another type of fungal disease that can affect Zinnias is botrytis, which may also be cured with neem oil, potassium bicarbonate, or chlorothalonil

So, don't waste your time and order high quality and unique contents right now.
I hope to receive orders soon enough.
