My First account disabled, Google said the reason as Invalid Clicks. But i did't did any fraud.

then i have created another account, today i got the message that they disable that too. the reason is same.

How can i prevent my account from these frauds.

the first one they disabled might have been someone else being reckless on your ads... but the second one is because you are not allowed more than one account... if your first account is banned.. it is over for you :( .. it sucks

I'm just wondering what's going to happen to the 3rd account... (assuming there's going to be a 3rd created... which I feel there might)...

What I have seen, Google generally bans for the mistake made by others. So it is not good to rely on Adsense only, there are lots of other options available in the web and you can use any one.

You'll not be allowed more than one account by Google.

did you register the 2 or 3 account with new names and address? Also, i don't think they know who you are but when you placed your ads on THAT PARTICULAR site, they know that this site is bound to have click fraud, so that's why they remove it. hope this helps

Google can't determine who's really doing the clicks. Even if you are not the one keep on clicking your ads but if google have doubt on it especially abrupt increase of clicks, they will ban your account. That's the real problem of google. They can't even stop the click fraud.

Yeah, that sucks, maybe rather than creating another account, you should try to re open the first banned account. Send them email explaining what happen and that you are sorry. It usually takes more than on email though. Keep sending email with the previous email below it as a reminder.
