I'm normally in the Gym at 6am, I work 9-5 and hate going to the gym when I have to wait around for people to finish using a piece of equipment, that's why I go at 6am
my workout time is evening, reason is late night sleep won't allow me to get up early in the morning, and after that i get busy in my routine, and the other reason might be i don't want to waste all my energy at the start of the day. . ;-)

I was taught that if you're going to the gym to lose weight, you should go in the morning when you haven't had anything to eat yet so you'll burn stored fat and not your meal. But now I've read a lot of articles saying it doesn't matter which time of the day you go. And if you are going for the sake of hygiene on the equipment, it is best to go in the morning, if you can manage to drag yourself out of bed.
I think morning workouts is much more better as it adds in more fresh air of the morning when you workout. You feel more fresh and active.

100% agree. Morning walk gives a sense of freshness to human nature and your day turns out to be very fruitful.
The main reason why people work out in the morning is because once you start to exercise, your metabolism rate shoots up and it will remain high throughout the day making your body use up energy more efficiently. If a person work out later in the evening, its only a matter of time till he hits the sack that will decrease the metabolism rate. Hence, not burning as much throughout the day compare to a person who has done it in the morning.
I do my workout in the morning, whole day i am busy with work and office it is good time for me and myself.
