What do you find the better time to work out, and why: Morning, Afternoon, Evening? I work out in the afternoon. No reason other than time. I am a single father with custody of my kids which makes morning and evening workouts nearly impossible. I can work out right after work and put in an hour, then pick up my kids from the babysitter.
Best time is morning- that too early morning., when you are really fresh in all respect. Further the climate outside is also quite encouraging and worth enjoying. If not possible do it in the evening.

Morning time is much better, as I have read it also is much effective if sport activities are taken in the morning time. But for me it's simply seems more productive for sport activities use morning time, because then I still have more energy that I can put in workouts!
I find about 7-8hrs after i wake up to be a good time, ill be fully awake by then and i would have had 3 meals by then, therefore i will be full of energy while working out.
