Ditched XP many moons ago, firmly in Linux when I can be. Much better, I find, and there is definately more freeware for linux than windows!

After I upgrade my pc this summer, I'll most likely install hackintosh as my main OS.

Windows 2000 Server or Fedora/Ubuntu. I've always been happy with windows 2000.

I'd prefer Linux, but I'll probably end up needing Windows

I have Vista on both my laptops so I guess that answers your question. I never had the courage to buy a Mac, maybe next time I will.

I use Linux Ubuntu with XP simultaneously now to get along with Ubuntu better before support for XP expires.

Never will switch to Vista - OS that uses 1GB of RAM and 7-10GB of HDD space should be considered some kind of disease rather than proper OS.
