    You'll need to provide more information. Your question is a big vague. If you're using Wordpress, tthen as Duke.Rockson mention the XML Sitemap Plugin is good. However, if you're not using Wordpress, then you'll need to provide more information.

    Sure, after any changing of internal linking you should re-submit your xml sitemap to webmaster tools
