Cool placement and colors IMO, do you have a nice CTR with that placement?

 

It is just a little wider for the 800x600 resolution displays (which a lot of users, including me use).

I like the overall color scheme, but you should change the navigation text color to lighter color (white for example). The one saying Home, Disclaimer, Contact us.

I see a big white space in the bottom of the page. Remove it if possible.

You could also take advantage of the extra free space under the advertisement at "Todays Quote" with placing small AdSense link unit.

 

You can try to insert a horizontal link unit below your main quote in the center

 

On average, CTR is around 3 percent.

i suggest changing ur link colors...its a little too dark for me...placement is great...i suggest putting more ads on the content side...because basing from my experience i click thru lots of ads in that part rather in the main pages...

Neat! However, the dark green background does not contrast very well with the burgundy/brown font, so I'd change that into something a bit lighter. Also, even though I love the white background in the center of the page, I'd darken the main background (on larger screens it's just too white and plain all around).
On the right margin, the link "Today's Quote" looks too much like it's announcing the advertisements below are ... Today's Quotes. Maybe some additional space, or a graphic would solve that problem.
Overall I like the site for its simplicity and clean design. Great job!

Haha, the ad under "todays quote" was and image ad that said "Asian girls for love and marriage" with some profiles of asian woman underneth.

 

You are violating the AdSense Program Policies with labeling the AdSense advertisements as something else than "Advertisement" or "Sponsored Links". You better change it and don't risk your account before someone reports you when all will be lost and unrecoverable.

Also, I have just noticed that your page title says the URL of the page, which looks very ugly and old school. Replace it with something more meaningful.
