How long do you think it would take to overcome on Serps?

 

1 x PR9 Site with 1 outbound link is Greater than 35 Links from PR3 sites with 10 outbound links.

Just keep that in mind. I'm not saying that is the case but you will not stop learning in SEO..Just because you think your SEO is better than theirs is not always the case.

 

But what is the estimated time that the site is moving into Serps if I really is stronger than my competitor?

 

Impossible to tell but Google update SERPS weekly with my sites.

overnight, a powerful backlink can change your SERP overnight.

 

It depends on niche you compete in but mostly pretty soon, no longer than in a month.
