After Redirecting blog to custom domain SERP still not redirecting my posts

    I have a problem, recently i redirect my blog to custom domain, but the problem is that the posts which are ranked is search engine are still not redirected to my new custom domain.
    For Example
    my previous post was ranked like xxx.blogspot.com/2009/08/xxxxxxxxxx
    Now after redirecting my blog to custom domain, the serach engine still landing my visters to xxx.blogspot.com/2009/08/xxxxxxxxx

    I want that search engine land my visitor to the new custom domain, that is
    www.xxx.com/2009/08/xxxxxxxx

    Please some one help me.

    then you will need to change every page that is indexed, or if you are using a template, put the redirect script in the header so that it activates across all pages.

    To do proper redirect, you need to put a 301 redirect in the .htaaccess file in the html root.

    The problem is, you can not upload files to blogspot, and you can not edit the .htaaccess file. I suggest you not worry about it, and just abandon the blogspot account.

    After you do the 301 redirect it would take some time for Google to update the changes:)
