after penguin?

hi what are some of the useful tips for seo after penguin update?
seems like even variation of anchor text wont work at all?

I think after that all what we nned to do is only quality seo,means to get backlinks only from quality sites.

 

More quality contents, promote your sites on social media sites, build quality backlinks.

 

i used senuke and websitewitch, i was able to get my site back up into the second page, after it dropped into the abyss. Previously it was number 6 for a very competitive term. senuke is expensive but worth every penny. websitewitch is affordable and uses an interesting tactic. do a google search for both.
