Of course, the account can most certainly be limited again if they suspect you of violating any acceptable usage policy or your user agreement with paypal.
yes it has the chance to get limited again specially when paypal see's suspicious transaction. but dont worry just send them the same documents you send them.
If you need to know paypal things contact me, i dont think there many people who have spent 30plus hours on the phone with paypal like i have over the last 5 years, i know all there tricks and how to get them to back off and who to ask for.
Yup, they will limit the accouct if they smell rat... so be sure that you give them original details and use a CC and not a VCC to verify the account.
