    Hello friends,

I want to know, if my site hit by Google Penguin and I've been fixed all the contents also backlinks to my site as well its design (in accordance with the rules Google Penguin), but I do not report to them, so can i return my site to indexed by google? or I should report first to the Google Webmaster Tools?

    Please your suggest, thanks.

    Regards,
    DropDrop

Yes you can, but make sure you have ample evidence that you are back within their good graces or show the exact steps you have taken to show you are back in accordance with Google's policies and you will be reconsidered. They want to see the evidence and steps you took to correct the penalty. I can only imagine that they will first run the algorithm's through your site again and then have a real person personally review your request.

If you just Google "Google reconsideration request" it should pop up first result where you can submit a reconsideration request(I can't post links yet)

    Good luck :)

    Hi,
If I understand you correctly, your site has dropped significantly in rankings. If this is the case and you have done work fixing your site it should bounce back over time. Just keepadding good content. However, that being said, if it has been de-indexed I don't like your chances.

Ofcourse you can.. Just submit your site again to google and spending more time in content than SEO.. you will surely get results..

Thanks for the answer, so to re-index my web i still need to go to "Google reconsideration request" to listing my website on Webmaster tools ? right ? and if i don't use that form my website will never get index again all the time ?

It depends on the severity of the penalty

If you specifically search for the name of your company in Google search, for example "Digital Point Forum", and you don't show up at all even for your own name then you must have really done something to piss off Google.

If it's just a penalty then Google probably just made it so you don't show up for relevant keywords. Either way a reconsideration request with DETAILED INFORMATION on how you fixed your website will help.

My penalty is de-index all of my website's index, i used "site:www.myweb.com" on the search engine, then i try to use "info:www.mydomain.com", there is not any result... is any chance to fix this ?

    Ouch!

Hey there's still a chance, submit the reconsideration request BUT (and its a BIG BUT) you MUST show in DETAIL how you fixed the problem and how you are now abiding by Googles Guidelines and Policies, If you don't show EXACT DETAIL then you are only wasting their time and you're going to piss them off even more.

If this doesn't work then you're just going to have to start over, I'm sorry to tell you that. Unless you just say screw Google and target a different search engine. I just read Bing gained 5% of the market......
