    what's all about: a guy is trying to sell maybe a max 30 000 euro land for 1.5 millions euro, and he made a website "vandteren meaning i sell land"
    and he is advertising what a grate deal somebody can do by buying that piece of land + he is promising a 30 000 bonus for somebody who will help his sell the land.

    I don't want to say anything about his land price , because as states on his website "The price of the area is not relevant because the other land pieces do not have these utilities."


    anyway is not good to comment about anyone business but now in recession that pdf file i posted and his website it's a good funny lecture because is quite funny how most people where thinking just 1 year ago
