After changing the domain mapping

my wordpress.com blog - http://danuka.wordpress.com/
current domain (mapping to above blog) - http://dzoneonline.com/
going to change to - http://blog.dzoneonline.com/

means i'm going to change my domain mapping from http://dzoneonline.com/ to http://blog.dzoneonline.com/ (to sub domain)

if someone comes to http://danuka.wordpress.com/about/, he will be redirecting to http://dzoneonline.com/about/. i know that.

***** My question is if some some comes to my blog by using a specific url like http://dzoneonline.com/about/, what happens after domain mapping changing.

1. directing to http://blog.dzoneonline.com/about/
2. showing as "Not Found"
3. or directing to http://blog.dzoneonline.com/ (to front page)

u can use .htaccess features in main domain ( better look in apache section http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=49 )
