i bought 5 links.. one of them is not posting. 4 are fine

Nothing you can do. Just don't do business with him again.

MIND YOU, if he stopped posting he will possibly leave your signature behind afterwards. People browsing his old threads will see your link. Might be a blessing in disguise.

everything should be confirmed before the deal is finalized.
its fault of both buyer and seller,
both should have discussed on the no of posts he will be making on an average or how active he would be in the forums, average no of posts would be maintained or not

if i were to buy sigs i would buy for a month see how it works and then renew it for next month depending on the monthly progress of the poster.

or deal with some one with high itrader ratings
