After 6 months, help to withdraw...

My paypal account was limited 6 months ago(long time huh), a week ago i got a message that i am able now to withdraw my money.

Can anyone help me withdraw it and send it to my alertpay account ?
there are 33$ , paypal will take 5$ and 8$ for the one who helps me

I'll give u my account details and you withdraw the money ur self, then send the 20$ to my alertpay acount .

Bcz I am not in USA , and I don't have a debit card right now
So i need someone to withdraw it for me (to bank or credit or debit ... whatever)
