My site is 4000 pages and a PR 6 in Google.

Yahoo has only indexed 300 pages and last month that fell to 2 of 4000 pages indexed.

I am lost for answers and would love if someone could tell me what I am doing wrong

If someone might be able to take a quick look at it it would be really appreciated.

PM me please if you are a Yahoo SEO pro.

Your stats either suck, or you are probaly getting sites using the yahoo api key. referring to your website more high traffic sites use yahoo's api key then googles.

Yahoo is not Google, they dont spam as google, they would pay more attention on the quality of the pages than google, google research result spams, they indexed most of pages real quick and yahoo would take a long time to index some of your web pages, that's the different. it all depends on your content(if yours is niche site), if they are orignial content,. they would be indexed by both google and yahoo real quick, if they aren't, google may be the one index your pages and send some traffic for ur site.

Ive never had a problem with yahoo. I always get better rankings and traffic with them than google. It comes a lot faster too. Google seems to be the hard one for me to rank well in.

I was getting a lot of traffic from Google, but now Yahoo is showing me the most love. The only thing that really changed was the quality of my site and links improved.

if you have good content and things that every one else has, I see no reaosn why you would never get a hit from Yahoo, I could make a site in under a month and get XXX+ hits form yahoo....

    Maybe competition.

Because when new webmasters are working harder then before. Then there is surely a sign that someone will go down. Without sending someone down the line they cannot put other sites on the top. If you are recieving traffic then its not Over. It again tells us that we should make more stable and High PR relevant backlinks to stay there on top.

The update is the must nowadays, SE's loves fresh contents, my suggestion add a blog in your website (preferably Wordpress) and contents at regular intervals...

I have better results on Yahoo! than google. Yahoo loves content, and constantly changing content, try to write articles, more pages atleast once a week, create a blog and add postings etc. Add your RSS to myYahoo section, create urllist.txt file and submit to Yahoo.

^ thats true. Yahoo is quick at indexing and sending traffic back. I received 200+ unique visitors from yahoo alone last month for a new site of mine which wasn't even indexed by google, back then.
