After 2 Month working I got PR 5, what to do now?

    Hi,

I bought my domain few months ago but I have worked very hard to get better PR for around two months. My PR increased from 0 to 5 but I have an important question:

I bought my domain name http://www.lottext.com with idea for Lottery Text Messaging "Lot for Lottery + Text for Text Messaging". Right now my website is offline because I want to do something special with this domain name because I know it is worth to work on it. But I don´t know what I exactly should do because I know that my Idea with Lottery wouldn´t work here in the U.S. because we are too lazy to send SMS.

My question is, does anyone of you have any good Idea to do something interesting with this Domain. When someone has a good Idea I would work with him when he like to.

Any way please let me know what I should do with my domain.

    Regards,
    ameran

Taking the site down like that will effect the rank and possible PR... Better get something going soon. Yeah a paid directory would work..

I bet you worked pretty hard to take a new domain to PR5, then you take it down ... :(

Your original idea wasnt so bad at all, should find a way to make it work

yes, but... if he's going to start selling links he'll loose PR. i think you could transform it into a news website... lot of text... something like that... maybe a small encyclopedia about something.. try to be top at Search Engines for some keywords.

Sell it now! The PR correction will happen in the next couple of months. Similar thing happened to one of my sites - it got PR3 right away and then went to no PR within a couple of months.

good lord, what is the point in building links without any content!

Content - first and always first.

I would keep the original content. I think you could still make it work.

As the others said, put your site back live. If you have reciprocal links on your site, you may be dropped from someone else's site. Many people are using scripts that will locate sites that no longer link back to them or sites that are dead.

Its a waste indeed if you don't put contents back. Apparently alot of people have been slapped with a Pagerank devalue, and its always a bonus still to have a PR5.

Content overrides everything. Traffic follows. but to have a good PR, its additional bonus. Retain it.

    Hi,

That message "Pagerank seems to be forged!" come for 90% of websites. You have to ignore that because it comes with your websites on your signature too. Here look:

    http://checkpagerank.net/index.php?name=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.booknolanow.org%2F&links=1

But thank you for your message. I am working on my website and I will be online very soon. First I want to move somewhere else that Godaddy.com and then I will make a Links Directory and a Article Directory as well. Only my question is right now, if I should run my Article Directory under a Sub domain or not. Maybe someone has a Idea.

    Regards,
    ameran
