    What do you meant 180 days (3 month) ? Please write something specific .

    Yes you are and just request your check, PayPal will send a Cheque to your address. It will take 12 to 15 days depends on your location.

    The possess of check is too long ..... Is it safe to request a check?

    They will take some time to resolved recent issue ..but not an exact date..so wait and watch ..no anyone can tell you a date.

    But i m sure that they will solved such issue as soon as possible .

    keep ur money in paypal till its resolved.
    dnt go for checks.
    once itz resolved request a payout.

    a limited paypal after 180 days is the most safest place for ur money.

    I cannot use the old VCC which I used to verify my account as expiry date gone.

    I need to create a New VCC and withdraw the amount in that ???

    Also, change of address will require new document submit ?
