    if you can use alertpay in your country you can transfer you pp money to there thru some exchange site,they will charge you some 2-3%fee

    You should be having an bank account with the exact same name as in your Paypal account. If you have then just add a bank account in your Paypal account and then withdraw it or else just request for a check and then encash it by depositing it in your bank account. It is simple.

    What do you mean by after 180 days , usually you can with draw by adding your bank account or you can request a cheque from paypal .Its that easy , never mind , also it takes at the maximum 7 days to recieve money from them in either of the process.
