I was in your shoes a few years back. I had $200 and come from a non supported country. I got a US Bank account as a non resident and this was what i used to withdraw my whole money out of PP.

So you can withdraw to a US Bank account.

    Hope this helps.

Your best option is to open a US bank account as a non resident. it may be a basic account, a savings acct will do.
Paypal will allow you to withdraw to the account in 3-5 dyas. I have done this twice. same problem, my country is not supported and I used a US address to set up account. Paypal found out from my ISP and limited me for 180 days. Then they asked me to add a US bank account to verify my account and withdraw. Twice they made me do this (2 accounts), twice I was able to withdraw before I gave up on them.

I no longer use Paypal now as my country is not supported. i use Alertpay.com

Your best option since you've used fake info, is to get a US virtual bank account (with the exact name on your PayPal) with a visa...and yes it does work
It`s pretty easy actually, if you need any help or recommendation feel free to pm me

you have two options available for getting your pp funds

    1. get a us bank account
    2. ask someone you know to withdraw it via their bank
    for you

He should call them because its better than Emailing them.
I do not think they will allow him. ( But they can do anything )
