If a country invades another country then it deserves to suffer casualties. All countries have the right to defend, no country has the right to invade.

So when Germany invaded most of Europe in the 1940s, the other countries had a right to defend, but no right to invade Germany and remove Hitler from power?

There's a global government coming? We ain't all the same, so we ain't going to all get along all the time. Global government isn't going to happen - ever. The Eurozone is having problems after only a very short time and the UN has continual problems.

I'm just trying to think of Islam countries that have invaded other countries.

I've picked my side too. After a Christian upbringing I turned agnostic, now I'm atheist. All religions can suck eggs.

Mate it's not that they are not too bright, it's that they lack education and there are reasons for that ranging back to colonial occupation when the Brits kept the masses uneducated so they wouldn't rebel. Successive governments have kept the same business model. If we want peace maybe we should invade them with schools rather than bombs.

Dear leaders always put themselves in the biggest buildings in the country. Except for Gaddafi of course, he lived in a tent. He may have been inside a compound, but he still lived in a tent. Again we could try that "Leave them alone to work out their own problems" scenario, they may not be quite so pissed off with the west then. Just a thought.

Yes you are correct, the other countries had the right to defend. Right up until the time Germany surrendered. That happened after Russia and it's allies were deep inside Germany.

And what if Germany had surrendered before Russia or the Allies were inside Germany? Would the Allies have been "Evil" invaders and murderers to press on into Germany and remove Hitler from power?

Dunno - don't play "whatifs". That part of history is long gone. Feel free to play whatifs yourself.

I'm sure you have an opinion on the bombing of Hiroshima, even though that part of history is "long gone".

Mind you, I can understand the lazy thinking. By avoid thinking about these types of issues, most people avoid having to explain an ill thought out answer, or provide any opinion at all for that matter. You, on the other hand, present all manner of opinions on modern day situations without having even given thought to similar events in history.

This will be a good exercise for you. Take a moment and think about it. Its a simple question. Would a counter invasion of Germany to remove Hitler have been just, or unjust, in your mind, had Hitler not surrendered?

I believe the global world government is absolutely coming. Granted, maybe not in this lifetime, but it is coming. The Eurozone is not a good sample as half the world is in competition with it. When we are all on the same page they can print up whatever they like whenever they like.

Eggs provide strength. Probably best they suck on something poisonous.

I like your idea, invade with schools but they won't like that idea. Once they shoot all the teachers do we then send in the troops?

How do we get their oil then?

You sure they won't like that idea? This is what Australia has done for Islam dominated Indonesia after the Bali bombings.

Between 2005 and 2010, Australia built more than 2,074 junior secondary schools (years 7–9) which has created around 330,000 new school places
More than 90,000 girls in Indonesia have been able to go to school
More than 5,000 health workers and managers trained to support childbirth
In 2009, Australian–funded activities reached almost 16,000 injecting drug users and over 80,000 prisoners providing information regarding HIV prevention, counselling and referrals
In 2010, Australia has provided HIV information and materials to 75,000 people in the Papuan provinces.
More than 18,000 Supreme Court decisions are now online providing greater transparency in the court system
In 2010, Australia assisted communities in West Sumatra to rebuild more earthquake resilient buildings following the 2009 earthquake
Between June 2010 and January 2011, Australia connected more than 339,000 people in urban areas to water and/or sanitation networks

There will still be people who hate us, but I'm sure all the people that have been helped do appreciate it.

I had been thinking and debating over this issue for a long time.. And I came to conclusion that you can not fight someone else's fight.. So although it may look bad to just sit and watch Syrians get massacred by Assad, the best thing is to leave them alone, let them fight their fight, let their "brothers" help them.. If you go and help them, they will hate you for it...
