Afraid about Adsense Floating Ad Left SideBar. Do this comply with programme policy?

    This was a adsense placment tweaking task when I visit a website with information about floating left sidebar adsense unit for higher CTR.

    I was to implement this on my blog but I am worried about programme policies of Adsense.

    I see many Adsense Guru here to help newbies like me.

    Please guide me if this kind of add placement is never target or have no problem.
    or
    I have to remove it before I run into some sort of trouble from Google Adsense team or BOT.

    That looks fine to me, the only thing may be that the sidebar is a little too close to the leader board, I'd perhaps try and align it with the post titile. Also, remove the red "ads by google" there's no need for it and it won't do your CTR any good!

    Thanks joeuk for your preciouse time and remarks.

    But actually when I ask this question here on DP after that I search in google Adsense help for the answer.

    Ad Floating is unacceptable as per described on this page.Check this Link Google Adsense Policy Link

    So I was to remove ad floating. and place simple leaderboard and 120x600 Skyscrapers ... thats what you was to see on my blog.

    But still my question is there why this site is showing floating Adsense Ads check the Link Please.

    If the sidebar is empty and no other contents but only a floating ad. How this is against Adsense Policy while major sites are allowed to show Floating Ads.

    FLOATING add's not accepted by google.if they found they will kick you off from adsense.care full.

    I was to place those Floating ads for just half an hour. As I am newbie and this was a challenging experiment kind of thing for me to do. Right After successful Floating Ads I was to worried about Adsense Policies so I ask this question here.

    And after 2 hour of placing those ads I was to remove:( because of Adsense Policy Guidelines.
