I would like to ask what are the best afilliate programs online that would fit my ability as newbie in blogging..

For example, if you are blogging about pets, then you might have pet product adverts on your site.

 

Clickbank accepts anybody and have lots of products

If you're asking about which affiliate programs would accept you then CJ is pretty liberal, as are Adscendmedia and Neverblue.

If you're asking about which offers to promote then simply go with the offers that best fit your niche and pay out welll.
