We need to stop simply believing reporters hell bent on reaping massive profits from BS stories dressed up as news. The world (me too) is wiseing up to MSM methods of gaining extra clicks with horrendous scenarios. Did you notice how a BS headline made you read this story? We all need to stop visiting the news sites we don't agree with as that is seen by authors and editors as support, which in turn leads to more similar BS being published. Stop commenting on stories you know are BS. It is providing profit to the authors who will continually write similar BS in order to further their own profits. If you're tricked into reading another hoax story from a site you love then go out of your way to click and click and click on the stories you do support. Help them change their ways.
LoL, no, just stay away from his website or anything that provides him his profits. Even an attack on BS provides profits. If he owned a news network then we shoot him, if we had guns that is. DP helps us reap rewards and allows us differing OPINIONS. This has never claimed to be a 'news' site. People are allowed opposing opinions but when it is classed as news, and others repeat it over & over then it can prove dangerous.
yeah I've learnt a lot - not so much from reading the BS opinions but from investigating the opinions and reading from different sources. I am trying hard to find something good about Onation, I promise.
What about his nic? Empowering Obama with a nation everytime we read his rhetoric? I liked the pun but the underlying empowerment of something he hates is gold.
Just because you lose every debate with O, it doesn't mean you're not special in your own way. Don't be haters. I like Obamanation.
So true, Rebecca. There are lot of times I disagree with Obamanation, overall he is a good debater and amusing at times. Other people take it personal not me. DP's P&R Section is like a ghost town without Obamanation. ps. (against the mullahs we are on the same boat)
Exactly. 100% agree. If you don't like what he says, challenge it (as we do). I also appreciate he twists words a lot less than he used to. That was always most annoying to me. Not 'what' he said but 'how' he said it. Hmm, that's sounding a bit like an obituary. He'll turn into a good guy soon! Nah...surely not. We need people to yell at.
There were times that he would shoot in the head before. He used to be a State Employee and worked for the DMV so it is not surprising. Its winter in hell if that would be the case. Nah we like him even if he's evil ! LOL
I for one very much enjoy watching Obamanation deflate some of the egotistical windbags on here. They actually make a sound when he does this.........."Ewwww!"......... It's a cross between a punctured bagpipe and bad flatulance.(please forgive my vulgarity)
Ouch. My ears were burning! I actually work the opposite. When I see content providers I dislike, paying for advertising, I always click, click, click, click on their advertising, hoping they are paying for every click . If I dislike them enough, a small army of zombies does the same. For a few weeks, there wasn't a member of the Occupy Wall St. Forum who wasn't on my "approved" list that could keep his comments from being collapsed by disapproval votes. It was pure comedy watching a bunch of leftists and anarchists have their voices silenced, with only the right wingers on the forum having their posts up voted. I'm a huge Obama supporter. Its all in the name! If you want to bring me down, help deprive Obama of donations! You just reminded me. AT&Tmo is dead. Time to change the siggy. The DMV laid me off two years ago. My unemployment has run out, so now I just hang out in my mom's basement (someone mentioned this earlier). LoL Rebecca. /Hugs. I like you too. Haters. Pffffft.
Yes but that doesn't give them understanding. All that does is make them think Google works. News outlets follow the money so will always push for the stories delivering the most clicks. By triple-clicking the good stories and avoiding the BS that will lead them to better grade stories.
It also means Google will be charging them more per click. Bigger ad buy, higher price per click. Sounds like a pleasant side effect to me. Just because they think Google works doesn't mean it does. Just because Ron Paul wins most online polls, doesn't mean he actually has that much public support. I couldn't stop laughing when Ron Paul came out with 96% of the vote on a poll done during the O'Reilly factor a few months back. Bill was clearly displeased.
I have been known to click for the sake of costing the competition but my methodology was more intended to stop news organisations concentrating on feeding us BS and maintaining it as news. Why do we in Australia need to get all the hype of the US election cycle for instance when we should be discussing the local council's plan to require building permits for kids cubby houses. We need to get them out of the habit of spreading one story far and wide instead of feeding us more relevant news. Instead of actively involving ourselves in irrelevant stories we need to learn to avoid them or make up for it by triple-clicking / visiting / involving ourselves in the more relevant stories so they start pursuing them more. MSM will always go for what makes them the most money. We need to let them go broke creating crap or make huge profit by providing real news.
