Your set up process is a bit buggy.

On the last step when I use my own domain, it goes to a blank page, and on the second step while registering a new domain, it says invalid characters

    Hello,

I'd just like to know why you think you can completely rip my company's design & banner. Not only have you stolen the design and all of our content, you have copied several posts from our forums word-for-word.

I look forward to your response, then I will be taking legal advice.

    Dice,

I am a customer of yours, and I have had no service for the past three days, and your site is also down, so I have no other way than this to contact you. What the hell is going on with your server?

Dice Hosting is a total ripoff! I have paid for a year's worth of hosting for an e-commerce site, and the server has been down for more than four days now. To date, I have received no response from any messages sent to Dice via this forum or via the email address he used to register on this forum. A whois search on dicehosting.com reveals that whoever owns this domain name is hiding behind WhoisGuard, a privacy service provided by the domain name registrar namecheap.com.

Don't make the same mistake I've made. Always do a whois search on the domain name of a potential host when shopping for hosting services. If the contact information is not there, don't do business with them. If the contact information is there, call the phone number to verify that it works, and that it connects you to someone who is able to provide technical support.

Dice, if you read this, you can rest assured that I will be disputing the charges to my credit card. I'll be damned if I'm going to let you rip me off.

If you have a backup, find a new web host and move on.

It's annoying when these people pop up talk other peoples money and run. It makes a lot of good hosts look bad.
