I've noticed that many merchants use the same ads across different affilate campaigns. I am fond of the ones that CJ has that you can interact with. I guess these use JS. eg, typing in a zip code for a job search or loan search.. etc.

    We’re the creators of Keegy.com
I looked at their publishers page and couldn't find the threshold. When do they pay?

I like tools, stores, and interactive multimedia and product widgets more than banner ads, and ebay and Amazon have the best. Banners are everywhere...no big deal anymore.
