Affitiate Junkion Scam or Real ?

    Hello friends !
    I found this site called Affilitiate Juckion and they say that they will give you $2 for each free signup through your affilitiate link, but then you go there, You have to buy their web hosting for my affilitiate web site.

    But the thing is I have seen people promoting it using Blogger Do you guys have any idea about this?
