I was denied from an affiliate because my site is currently empty, and has adsense on it.

The rejection email said, i was rejected because of my site not being 'completed'

But what content do they need, if i'm pitching their product??

the URL is not important, but it was a temp. site with adsense on it.

Why do they care what content is on the site - if you'll be pitching their product on their landing page?

The URL does matter if you want our opinions or help, and no one is going to accept a site that is
    1. Promoting another product only with nothing else on the page, and
    2. Has nothing to do with the product, or any other contentt other than ads.

Bottom line is, it's their product and if they don't think that your site is the caliber of site they want to be associated with, it's their call. If you want it to be your way, then create and promote your own product.

Never submit a temporary site for approval. Submit a real site, the one you intend on promoting the product on and you may get better results.

For all they know, you are going to fill that blank page with Porn, Hate, Racism, or Profanity, and since they don't know, because you have not submitted anything, it is easier to deny you rather than guess what you are up to, or take a chance.

You don't want to share the URL, but you want advice, you don't want to submit a finished site, but you want to be accepted.

Maybe you need to learn a little more about Affiliate marketing, before getting upset that someone didn't approve your blank page with adsense and no content.
