I just launched a new proxy and was wondering if anyone has tried affiliates like TLA and widgetbucks with them?

If so what were your experiences. Is it a good idea or will it annoy users since they are here for the a different reasons.

    Thanks.

you can't use TLA on your brand new proxy, because you have to have pr4 site to qualified. You could use widgetbucks. I don't know why it wouldn't work.

I've tried widgetbucks, its not bad. Its CPC though so you gotta have the clicks, $0.50 a click average.

CPC isn't $0.50, its all depends, mine started from $0.41 then quickly went down to $0.28.

plus unlike adsense where they send you money every day, they send you after a 45 days after you reach $50 after your first month...

so for you to get paid you need to wait pretty much forever...

plus i have one domain that have 160K UV/mo over 3.5M PV/mo my CTR is 0.06% ... while google a lot higher... and on top of that it takes long time for their ad to load...

Man... on my first day I got $0.50 per click in adsense and on my second day I got 20 clicks and only $0.60!!!! Thats only $0.03 per click.

I dont know what happened. Why was there such a fall?

I already have an account with TLA and they accepted my blog even when it was pr0

Proxy traffic is not considered to be a quality traffic. 60c for 20 clicks is about normal with proxy sites. To earn with proxies, you have to have large volumes of visitors.
