Hi for a long time i did not do affils as i all ways liked the idea of ppc as ones thay have clicked i get paid. But that was the wrong way to think about it. thinking like that means you dont have any trust in your site (well it did for me any way). ppc has its place and i still use it but affil networks are where the money as long as you target you programs to your traffic start off with payper signup ones (where the user signsup for free you can get up to $10 for sending free signups on some programs but manly its around $2 to £3 ) i have been doing affils for about 3 months 1st month i made about $100 secand month about $250 and as of the end of last month i made just over $400 . i have know set up more affil sites and am not just going for payper signup ones am trying my hand at mobile and stuff like that where the pay outs are more like £30 = $60. i wont get as many but 1 or 2 a month is still a lot of money and not bad for a small affil site that took 5 mins to set up. The thing i have found is to stick to networks till you buildd up your traffic and sites. That way you can hit the pay out limet faster. going for programs run buy site owners is ok but rember you will have to hit there pay out limmet befor you get payed. I just wanted to let start this thred to let the would know i have converted. ones i was lost and know i am found lol. just ti give a simpel some to show the diffrents in what i am earning 10 months ago i started on trying to make a few £ online in them 10 months i have made $170 ish useing ppc. I have been payed only about $70 in my bank due to pay out limets. In 3 months of doing affiles i have made £750 ish and have (or will be when the pay day comes) about $550. And i just rembered this added benafit my sites if i wanted to sell them are know worth a lot more so not only have i earnt a lot more money but i can proberly add a few 0 on to the price tag of my sites if i wanted to sell tham. Thats it lol i only wanted to post a small thred lol soz about the spelling
what sort of sites do you run or are you looking at setting some up pm me with what sort of stuff you looking to do or what sort of stuff you are doing and i will look for a few programs that suit your needs and give you a hand setting them up
