I have a new product out and I need affiliates.

    www.MyFreeiTV.com (TV on PC Software)

It is a $49.95 product with a 75% commission. First person to reach 10 sales will receive my 25% commission plus $100.

Pay out will be made via PayPal at the end of 60 days to cover the refund period.

10 sales equals $339 in commissions & $213 from me. When you have 10 sales PM me through this forum so that I can double check.

    Good Luck!

I don't understand. How can you afford to stay in business if you're giving away the product plus $100....??

    John...

The $100 is an incentive. But, you are correct, I will lose money.

I just want to get the ball rolling.

People quite commonly do that, either to get the ball rolling as in this case, or for list-building and future upsells. On some affiliate networks there are even affiliate commissions of more than 100% available. I've once seen a product with 200% commissions paid out, for the lead-generation and upsells.

    gcashhome...

Do you still have the 403 error?

I have many websites, so I had multiple IP ranges blocked on the server side to cut down on spam. I just transferred that information to the individual website's .htaccess file. All should be good now.

    Thanks for letting me know.

    Hi,

Though off topic, I'd highly recommend changing the design of your landing page... (my eyes hurt!)

Do you mean toning down the background color?

    Which color do you suggest?

    Hi,

I would like to know the working of your product.Does it provide everything described in the sales copy?.I remember about Satellite tv on pc which has high gravity but 99% customers didn't like the product.

Just my opinion, but I'd re-do the landing page completely. The yellow background color is distracting and strains the eyes. The width of the table body doesn't match the width of the header or footer. All the text is centered, making it appear jumbled (fine for headlines and sub-headline, but not body text). All the text is big and bold, making it appear like a cheap mini-site ad. And there is a lot of wasted space. For example, each bonus item uses just about half the space of the table it is in. You could redo the page and make it at least 1/2 the size.

Finally, and most importantly, you lack real good content. You don't give any useful information that a visitor may be seeking. You fail to "sell" the product. For example, imagine I'm someone that has never heard about or considered TVonPC. What questions might I ask? You need to answer those questions...

    What is TV on PC?
    What can I watch?
    Why is it better?

And the most important question of all...

    What's in it for me?

You gloss over these important benefits, rather than taking the time to explain in detail all the benefits it provides.

I'm only giving you my opinion. But if you want to see something to compare it with, take a look at my new site: http://www.thesalesartist.com/sa1.html

Compare the amount of real information I provide to your current landing page.

    Hope this helps :)

    Kevin...

Thank you for you suggestions... I will revamp the sales page starting off with just the design; colors, alignment, extra space.

Then I'll dig into the content and improve on the copywriting. I will post again with the (hopefully) improvements.

Thank you again, Kevin, for your time and knowledge!

No problem Will. Just take your time and you'll do a great job. It can often take me a week or more to do everything involved in a landing page.

I've worked on the design aspect of the website a little; header, footer, bonuses, left justify, background image, etc. I haven't uploaded any changes with the copywriting (sales copy) because it is being worked on now. I still have the original design at MyFreeiTV.net. (.net is set up for PayDotCom).

Could some of you let me know if it has improved or gotten worse. This is my first product as a vendor, so I am on virgin territory. What does the website need? Or what is it missing? Should I omit something? Or does it just look completely cheap and spammy.

    Will
