    1) Many think they don't need to spend any money. you NEED to spend money to test.
    2) Many don't test
    21/2) Many don't test enough variables. (Landing page multi variant testing, program testing, program MANAGER testing
    3) Many don't use the results of their tests to chase the organic longtail

    Most people that don't succeed simply don't work hard enough, and give up too quickly. I'd like to think intelligence comes into play a bit as well :)
