affiliatemarketing.co.cc scraping my blog - good or bad?

hi guys.

I'm still pretty new to all this and have a couple of questions.

It looks like affiliatemarketing dot co dot cc is pulling content from my site (among others) and adding it to his own blog.

1. Is it good for my PR to allow his comments and trackbacks?
2. Does anyone know what tool he's using?

Is he giving you credit by linking back to your site?
