    Hello,
When i started 1 of my websites i was asked to join an affiliate of a shop that sold related products to my website of which i would get 5% of.

I have been sending enquiries their was for a year and a half and have managed to get to $88 when checking my affiliate account.

I emailed the company over a month ago and they tell me they dont owe me anything, i gave them instructions on how to see my earnigns (listed on their website) and explained i have screen caps too.

They are trying not to pay me by saying they are looking into it ever time i email them.

I am UK based and the are in the US.

Where legally can i go with this?

    Thanks

Not sure if you can do smth legally and there's no point to waste your time and more money for 88$... but if you really have proves they owe you money you could alway create them "a good" reputation in the forums.
Actually are you sure you've reached the minimum payout limit? Most of the affiliates I work with have a minimum of 100$ or Euro or Pounds...

I asked about payout limit and they didnt seem to know anything about one, or what one was. I think maybe they had a store built for them and dont know much about it.

I agree if they dont pay out then i will go out my way to loose them business by pointing out they are not a trust worthy or professional company.

    $88 isn't much but it's the prinicple

Yes it is the principle. And it doesn't sounds good at all not to know their own payout limit...

You should really read over their TOS. Most companies have some sort of binding arbitration clause. Another option would be to file a case in small claims court. As this is international and for a small amount of money, you would by default most likely.

Let them know that you are active in the forums and will make the issue public. For $88 I would be surprised if they didn't pay.
