I have one website which is affiliated to a well known company which is selling herbal pills for sexual life. It has over 1300 link from google , yahoo and msn and also more than 150 pages with PR 3 on home and lots of PR 2 and 4.

It makes from november 2006 around 500$/month. Someone asked me if I want to sell it. What price should I ask for?

    Thanks.

    Thanks for your advice.

No , I am not trying to sell it.Sincerly I don't even now if I really want to sell it because I am still working at it and it has great potential I think.

If you are making that much then I would just keep it and keep sending more traffic to it and earning more from it.

    Good Luck!

Thanks a lot for your opinion. I think I will keep it if the offer is not to big to refuse.

If it is making $500 a month and growing, you should not consider anything less then $12,000. Of course, no one will really want to pay that much without first seeing "cold hard facts" of income and completing a thorough due diligence.

PR2-4 doens't really say too much anymore, but the $500 revenue, is that gross or net?

Given what you said, the site would be worth around $6.000 - $8.000, given you can find the right buyer.

I just pay 4$ monthly tax for hosting, so the 500$ revenue is the net revenue. Maybe 496$ if you want so:p
