affiliate software to track by http referer ?

    Hi,

    I am lookign for affiliate software that can track affiliates
    just by the http referer they came from.

    This would allow "naked" links ... and of course no tracking for those 0.5% paranoid guys that block their referers... but that's acceptable for my program

    eg BOTW uses the same method...

    any clue which software to use?

    hmmm... that's what I thought

    acutally I thought about taking any standard tool that gives me a

    myurl.com/?affilid=23232 style urls

    and setup htaccess rules to internally add these parameters based on the referer - probably most performanant, but a hell to maintain
