I am selling an absolute star of a website because of pressures from my other businesses (restaurants, who’d have em?).

Why is this site a star? The domain is good, the site great and the revenues are solid and growing fast.

I have had this site since 2003. Without any work what-so-ever it always earned me $200 per month through affiliate software sales. I now spend a few hours a week on the site and am hitting $700 per month, and expect to be over $1,000 this month.

It was back in July that I noticed a massive sales increasing because I got a really good (but temporary!) keyword listing on Google. This inspired me to start tinkering with the site. I expanded the content and cleaned up the design, started an Adwords campaign and spent some time acquiring high quality back links (articles, blog entries, forums). The site currently shows as PR2 in the toolbar but I know it is higher than this because of the large increase in SERP rankings recently (I can prove it!!).

The results have been excellent. Revenues for affiliate software sales from the site have been steadily increasing, as shown below and in the excel graph image.

I am now spending $200 per month on Google Adwords for some marketing, and also pay $30 for monthly hosting.

Also, in December I opened an Overture account and charged it up ready for some more serious ppc action! This will filter through as increased sales in January. So far (in two days) I have earned $80.35 in January.

I also added some Google Adsense adverts on some of the pages during November. My first full month was December, where I earned $13.61

This site made a profit every month since I set it up in 2003. It is php / mysql driven and has a full admin area. It receives between 400 and 1,000 page impressions per day, and the content is unique and rich (comprising mostly of software reviews and articles). The majority of the content is submitted by visitors and therefore it is a simple job of checking and then validating the submissions. Content is syndicated by rss feeds.

Because of the very strong and increasing sales, and the quality of the site build and content I am looking for offers at around $8,000. Feel free to PM any questions. I would like to keep the domain private for now, but will divulge to serious enquirers.

Could you please precise the monthly profit (not a guess, exact profit going with the sales). It looks like you're asking more than 15x your profits. Does it come with a customer's list?
