since the bigger cheques are all cashed, i had only this small one:)

anyways, this is just to know which affiliate programes are genuine and which are not, the money dosen't matter as more work = more money:)

On a side-note, AdBrite does pay too.
I got a $0.36 check. The price of the stamp was three times more (foreign country) :D Since then, I level up my threshold.

just curious, but why would an affiliate care to offer "proof" to other affiliates that a program or network sends checks? i mean why waste time scanning checks when i could be earning more and cashing the ones i get?

fair point, but even so, my job as an affiliate is to make money, not spend time scanning checks, editing out account and routing details, not to mention payee info and affiliate IDs, just to make sure other affiliates can do the same without risk.

i'm happy to give advice or offer recommendations, but the original poster asks for a lot more than casual word of mouth.

I finally stopped in to read this thread....5 wasted minutes out of my life I will never get back! I make no bones about it and don't pull my punches. There are a lot of whacko's out there, and the originator of this thread is a prime example. Now, back to work.

actually this thread is not launched for promoting my blog, as my blog get's decent traffic already.

you found my tips nice, that's the best compliment a blogger can get, thanks again.

i have scanned the cheque, i don't have a scanner so i have paid a few $$ for it. then i spend some time, uploading and putting here. and all this is only done, because i want proof of earning.

i have scammed before, so am putting up more stress on proof, i don't want anyone else get scammed from wrong sites. there are genuine sites, and people in dp knows about them, perhaps they will help others and specially the new ones, to start a great affiliate carrer.

again, about promoting my blog, i always keep one link slot left in the signature, i can keep 4 links there, i always keep 3. that's only because i want to give some useful links, and related to post links in the post. i hope it's pretty fine, don't you think so.

am waiting for some other affiliate sites with proof, so that i can join a few more, thanks everyone.:)

You know, start up with a new affiliate is usually stressful until I see my first check. You usually don't see a check until at least a month after you start. I have learned from past experiences not too keep all my eggs in one basket. I now work with 5 different affiliates making around $200 per day combined. I think it's the safe way to do business. The only reason I find time to post on these forums and other forums is because in the marketing business, you have to help each other to succeed. I noticed a lot of comments not only in this thread, but on this board saying people should start spending more time promoting their business and less time talking about their earnings, posting pictures of checks, etc. I find time to post because it helps others make good decisions and keeps money out of the pockets of affiliate who DO NOT pay us hard workers for our time. I have spent many hours marketing and promoting my businesses so now they are pretty much on a pace where i have to invest about 3 hours per day. I am very comfortable making $200 per day and will take it slow from here. I'm not quite sure why a thread like this brings out negativity in people. Help others, and you shall be helped....

You don't need to list sites here. There are to many good quality affiliate programs to list. The are hundreds. But if you want to not get scammed with the dodgy affiliate programs then if I was you I would steer clear of the survey and referral type programs, and don't let me get started on the PTR type programs. Alot of the scams happen in this sector of the industry. It is not worth bothering with.

Even though you may have been paid by some alot of times they pay you and then suddenly they stop because they end up realising that they are making a loss or something or they find out that they can make more money by allowing their affiliates to do the work and then they keep all of the money and don't give their affiliates 1 cent.

This is only with some of them though, some do pay, but there are also alot that don't.

not worth bothering, well people are making $$$ from it, why not bother. yes, scams are there, i have been scammed by the pay for surf programes also.
readclick, surfjunkey have scammed me and didnot paid a cent.
but then i have got a lot of money from these sites, so i feel that money is there, but you will have to work for it.

this part i don't agree, as i have never been stopped getting my cheques from any site. though i can't predect the future......

ya, agreed 100%, most of these are scam and don't pay. but if people who are getting paid from some of these sites tell us honestly, then perhaps all of us can earn something out of the genunie survey and referral types of sites.

If that is the case, I must tell you that there are honest survey and referral programs. Surveysavvy is one of the best among them (A copy of one of my old checks is attached). Their referral system is a bit different, they pay $2 for each survey completed by your referral and $1 for each survey completed by your referral's referrals. Brand Institute also has a similar system. Also good are NFO mysurvey, globaltestmarket and American consumer opinion, but their referrals are pay per lead.

You can also find various legitimate survey programs to promote with various affiliate programs- the best for surveys are CPA storm, Offersquest and Ourfreestuff.
